FAQ

SHOPPING

Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses?

Yes. This is a private, one-on-one styling experience. Appointments are limited each day and reserved exclusively for you.

Every gown is handled by an expert stylist. Every bride is styled in her own spacious area. This is not self-serve.

How long is the appointment?

75 minutes. Focused, efficient, and designed to get you to a decision. Most of our brides say yes in their first appointment. Come ready for that moment.

Who should I bring to my appointment?

Up to three guests. Choose people whose opinion truly matters. This is your decision circle, not a panel.

If key decision-makers aren’t present, we recommend rescheduling.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Come with direction. Screenshots, saved dresses, designer references. Even if we don’t carry the exact gown, we’ll translate your vision into something exceptional.

Bring the people you need to say yes.

We’ll handle the rest. Veils, accessories, and full styling so you can see the complete look.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Nude undergarments, a strapless bra or tank. Clean, simple, functional.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accommodate nude try-ons.

What sizes are available to try on?

Most samples range from size 8–12, with a strong selection in 14–24.

Fit is adjusted in-store. Focus on silhouette, structure, and overall vision.

Can I take photos?

Yes, within reason. If photography becomes disruptive or takes away from your appointment, your stylist will step in.

Be present. The decision matters more than the camera roll.

When should I order my veil?

At the same time as your gown.

Designer veils require lead time, and styling is best done as a complete look, not pieced together later.

Can I complete my entire look during my appointment?

Yes. Many of our brides choose their gown, veil, and accessories in a single visit.

Do I need an appointment for accessories?

Yes. Styling here is intentional and curated.

PURCHASING

What is the price range for your gowns?

Our designer gowns range from $2,700 to $22,000, with most falling between $4,000 and $9,000.

We carry one of the largest curated collections of luxury designer gowns in Canada. Your stylist will guide you based on your stated budget to ensure a focused, productive appointment.

What is a special order gown?

A gown made specifically for you using the closest designer pattern to your measurements, then tailored to precision.

This is not off-the-rack. This is built for your final fit.

How far in advance should I order my gown?

6–8 months is standard.

If your timeline is shorter, options still exist, but decisions must be made quickly. Your stylist will show you exactly what’s possible.

Designer production timelines shift daily. Delays are not linear, they compound.

What is an off-the-rack gown?

A discontinued designer gown available for immediate purchase.

One dress. One opportunity. Taken home the same day.

What are the payment terms?

A 60% deposit is required to place your order. The balance is due when your gown arrives.

Off-the-rack gowns require full payment and must be taken home the same day.

We accept debit, credit, e-transfer, Apple Pay, PayPal, cheque, and cash.

When will my gown arrive?
Approximately 6–8 months from the date of purchase.

ALTERATIONS

Are alterations included?

No. Alterations are separate and clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

Pricing reflects the level of customization required. No hidden fees. No surprises.

How many fittings will I need?

Typically 2–3 fittings to achieve a precise final fit.

Your last fitting is scheduled close to your wedding date for accuracy.

When do I schedule my first fitting?

We will contact you when your gown arrives and schedule your fitting at that time.

What should I bring to my first fitting?
Your shoes, undergarments, and final payment.

Precision requires the full look.

OTHER

What is a sample sale?

A strategic release of discontinued designer gowns at significant reductions, up to 80% off.

We carry over 1,000 gowns. When we make space, we make it count.

What is a trunk show?

A limited-time designer event featuring new collections before they reach stores. Typically four days only. If you find your gown, be prepared to decide that day. Incentives and availability end with the event.

Appointments fill quickly. Access is limited.

My wedding is in less than 6 months. Is it too late?

No. But hesitation has consequences. Designer timelines shift daily. Waiting even 24 hours can add weeks to delivery. That’s not pressure. That’s how production works. We will guide you through viable designers, rush options, or off-the-rack solutions.

What is a rush order?

An expedited production timeline requested from the designer for an additional fee.

All costs are outlined upfront. No surprises.

Do you recommend a preservation service?

Yes. Ask us during your appointment.

Are all your gowns online?

No. We carry over 1,000 gowns in-store. The website is only a preview.

FINAL NOTE

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you.

Please confirm your attendance.

Missed appointments limit availability for other brides.

If it feels right, it is right.
